  • ISO Rating of 1, making us one of the to 1% of all Fire Rescue Agencies in the Nation

  • Fire Station 78 rebuilt with Albert Paley original art sculpture

  • Creation of Fire Station 36

  • Expanded Mutual Aid Agreements with sister-Cities for the safety of our Residents and Businesses

  • Hired more Fire Fighters and Paramedics

  • Expanded our Fleet Renovation of Fire Station 41 and rebuilt Fire Station 78

  • Colony West property, including a new modern Clubhouse and restaurant (future Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites in development)

  • Welcomed new businesses including Amazon, Specialty Automotive, William R. Nash; expanded Sonny’s Car Wash Factory, HCA Woodmont Hospital and Bowlero

  • Land Development Zoning Code Re-write

  • Ongoing revitalization and redevelopment of shopping plazas

  • Lowering the millage rate
